All made-to-measure pieces require a crafting period of 15 to 30 days upon order confirmation (exclusive of transit time, which varies by destination).
Measurements (need not be millimetre-precise) provided are deemed final once the order is confirmed. As each piece is individually hand-crafted from natural materials, minor dimensional variations within a margin of 1–2 cm (or equivalent footwear tolerances) are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship and shall not be considered manufacturing defects. Ralf Ho accepts no liability for fit discrepancies arising from inaccurate measurements submitted by the client.
For international shipments, prices are exclusive of local import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees applicable in the destination country. Any such charges incurred upon entry are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Delivery delays caused by customs processing are beyond our control.
In the rare event that an item arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault, notice must be given within 7 calendar days of receipt, accompanied by photographic documentation and original order details. Verified defects will be rectified through complimentary repair, adjustment, or replacement at the brand’s sole discretion.
Given the made-to-measure nature of these creations, they are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
